Shuttle services and airport transfers:
As the World Cup is drawing nearer, delegates should book as soon as possible.
For transfers between Cape Town Airport and Stellenbosch it would be advised that you make use of the shuttles on the conference Web site. Should you have any further problems with airport transfers, Stellenbosch University shuttles will be available at a cost of ZAR 300 per person per return trip or ZAR 200 per single trip. The Stellenbosch University shuttle will leave the airport at 12:00 and at 18:00 (13 July). A shuttle to Cape Town Airport will leave after the conference (17 July) at 14:00.
